Always a Pre-production sample before mass production; Always final Inspection before shipment; We have obtained ISO 9001 certification, standard. 8 quality inspection checkpoints are set up in the entire production process, from glass etching accuracy (tolerance ≤0.05 mm), back light brightness uniformity (deviation ≤5%) to finished product electrical performance testing (no light leakage, no dark segments), all using industry-leading testing equipment (e.g., high-precision optical detectors, high-low temperature cycle test chambers). The defective rate for bulk delivery is ≤0.05%, with a 2-year warranty. In case of quality problems within the warranty period, new products will be reissued for free within 48 hours, and we will bear the return and exchange shipping costs.
